Terminations of Membership
A formal complaint was referred to the Sport and Recreation Complaints and Mediation Service for independent investigation. The Disciplinary Committee unanimously found that Mr Young breached rules 8.3.1 and 8.3.2 of the FeNZ Constitution and committed misconduct as defined under the Conduct Code. Membership was terminated, backdated to the date of initial suspension.
Current Suspensions
Interim measure pending completion of FeNZ's complaint assessment processes under the Disputes, Complaints, Dispute Resolution and Raising Concerns Policy. Mr Ogilvie is suspended from: FeNZ-related coaching activities; the Athletes' Commission position; any official roles at FeNZ events; and attendance at FeNZ events run by national and regional committees.

The club's FeNZ membership has been suspended while a complaint is under investigation. Individual members who are directly affiliated to Fencing Mid South and Fencing New Zealand are not affected by this suspension.
