Current suspensions and terminations issued by Fencing New Zealand in accordance with the FeNZ Disputes, Complaints, Dispute Resolution and Raising Concerns Policy.

SCOPE: Membership terminated

A formal complaint was referred to the Sport and Recreation Complaints and Mediation Service for independent investigation. The Disciplinary Committee unanimously found that Mr Young breached rules 8.3.1 and 8.3.2 of the FeNZ Constitution and committed misconduct as defined under the Conduct Code. Membership was terminated, backdated to the date of initial suspension.

Mr Ogilvie is suspended from: FeNZ-related coaching activities; the Athletes' Commission position; any official roles at FeNZ events; and attendance at FeNZ events run by national and regional committees.
